Fun with a bucket of water.

They grow up so quickly!

Purchased two pekins from a chook fancier over in Bundoora, they are about 7 months old and really cute!

Sad day today…due to a sudden stroke we had to put down my dog Cara around 6:40PM this evening – she was 14+ years.

Once there was three…Cara guarding our first Silkie chooks.

Left – Ash turned out to be a rooster so we found him a good home.

Right – Snowflake died April 2005

Centre – Trixie Belle is still with us

Sweeper (Pekin) died May 2005 but Goldie (Golden Wyandotte) is still with us.

We call Trixie and Goldie the “odd couple”
