Every Easter we have a egg fight, this year for the very first time – I won !!!
Christmas decorations
Office Outlook calendar reminder nagging me today that it’s one week overdue…ok…ok.
Girls arriving back from QLD
Wheelers Hill expected top of 35 and currently 27.7 My weather station reports balcony 27.7 and front porch 27.2 and chook shed 25.4 Girls arriving back from QLD this afternoon ETA 2.30-3.00 so I’ll turn on the AC for them when I get back from the horses about 1.00.
Another birthday
Sixty six today and from this afternoon onwards home alone till next week. Looks like I’ll have to share my cake with the pets – they won’t mind.
Unauthorised treats
As usual after tending to the horses we visit Shyla, the older kids dog. On the way out she is left with some treats but today she found her own – snack. Her flavour preference is obvious, note how the tops have been shaved off!
Toilet break
Shyla – the older kids K9, is there such a thing as a grand pet? We visit her most days around lunchtime, she knows the routine and while I am out the back with her for toilet and play ET (the wife) is inside preparing her treats and checking on the two cats – and fish tank temperature! I was trying to get her to hold the round “saucer like” plastic thing in her mouth – no luck.

Todays project is to mount a Soniq 55 FHD TV at my daughters place with assistance from her husband.
Located the studs and levelled the bracket, marked and pre-drilled the holes for the coach bolts.
Canine minder
Looking after Shyla, the older kids hound while she and the wife are off shopping.
