Tree stump makeover – 1

Cleaning up in the backyard I found some garden edging left over from a previous project so I decided to dress-up this tree stump.

Last year I cleared all the surface roots from the other side but never went any further so we need to do the same on this side.

Chainsaws are designed to cut wood so we need to first expose the roots.

 

 

 

 

Ready to cut that one.

With that done we can pry it out with the crowbar.

Now the same for the 2nd lot on the right.

With those done…

Let’s clean up so we can what the edging looks like around that.

I already have some thoughts that also includes a water fountain.
