On the left from yesterday’s trial batch and straight out of the air fryer are a couple of unwashed curry puffs.
On the right are the first two out of the Jaffle maker and basted with egg yoke wash before popping them into the air fryer and yes… there is some glazing :-)

Another six off the production line.

Last two makes eight plus the first two so we got ten from a Beef Lean Mince 500g pack.
