The stands are basically finished except for one last addition – bucket support. As mentioned, one stand will be inside the other outside and need to provide water for three greyhounds so rather than the usual drink bowls we are using 8L buckets. The bucket handle prevents the rim from sitting flush on the top so we need some extra support.
Measuring and marking with a beam compass then cutting with the jigsaw.
Fiddly job cutting the ‘half rings’, there will be another one at the back.

Later on after shopping trip I will do the back ones.
We are nearly there I’ll tidy up and the girls can collect the stands.
