The example giraffe I was making for Marketplace which was just a MS Word mockup has already been sold to a customer in Warranwood, Victoria.

Start making the internal frame using ALDI Garden Stakes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now cut another four  from 42 x 19 pine.

Set the fence for a bit over 10mm.

 

 

 

 

 

Gave them a sand on the wood lathe 12” disc sander.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now we glue-up…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

…and leave to dry.
