DIGITECH Additional Receiver
This unit is designed for expanding the functionality of the AR-1830 Wireless A/V sender by allowing you to receive the signal sent by the transmitter to another locations. Transmitter can feed as many receivers as you like as long as they are in the transmission range.
Purchased a set for Foxtel to transmit to the kitchen/meals area and an additional receiver for the balcony area.
The younger kid NJ has her own Foxtel STB in her study so need to transmit there.
They have worked well for many years and yes they are effected by the microwave oven.
ALDI 5.8GHz AV Sender and Receiver $89.00

This purchase was a disaster – and I bought two of them!
I was hoping to replace the existing AV wireless system (<–link here) with these 5.8GHz units.
More to come…

Wireless Security Door Phone Intercom
|
Features: · Outdoor unit runs on 4 x AA batteries (energy saving circuit, lasts up to 1 year) Measurement: Got my older kid to purchase this off Ebay for me, $89.99 + $11.90 postage We have a high front fence with gates and the top pad bolt is always closed so people have trouble just getting to our front door to ring the doorbell. It’s quite a journey (from upstairs) to go down the stairs, out the front door and up the driveway to open the gate only to discover it’s someone who wants to swap your power, gas, phone or internet. Previous to this I tried out the ALDI wireless doorbell.
