After 3 days downstairs Holly happy to be upstairs again and here parked in her usual spot waiting for breakfast.

Holly is OK…she just wanted to go downstairs to her favourite ‘summer spot’ at the bottom of the stairs where it’s always cooler.

Holly to Boronia vet-
Doctor Tony checked her front right leg and went through the usual manipulations with no visual signs of discomfort which was the expected outcome – she is very stoic!
Checked her eye lump (see previous post) which is flattening out – that’s good – and only 1/2 way through the antibot’s for that.
Got her some tablets for ongoing pain management; when needed of those off days. I need that!
Left her downstairs for the rest of the day where it’s much cooler and she can come up tomorrow. Our stair routine these days is an ALDI WorkZone belt (lol) looped under her armpits for a bit (not too much) of assistance and safety backup when going the stairs.

She’s had a pretty good day getting around under her own steam albeit carefully and slowly which is good.
As posted out with me this morning and again this afternoon when I cleaned out the chook shed.

Some improvement able to with a struggle get up and move around, go outside for toilet and this morning was sunbaking for a while. Back inside now having another snooze.

Holly stuck downstairs this morning after hurting her front right leg last night trying to stand up off the floor :-(

For her monthly check-up and Pentosan jab and… something else for Doctor Tony; a small lump at the bottom of her right eye duct. Opinion is a Cyst and she will be on 10 days of antibiotics – again.
I say again because only a few weeks ago she finished the antibot’s for her tail Cyst which cleared up nicely. Anyway…back home and having a rest :-)
