Several months of R&D culminates here with this bat by the name of SASHA We are switching from IR controller powered by 3 X AA battery pack (plus dummy battery pack on the other side to balance the light) to USB RF controller powered by dual 2 x AA battery packs.

Batman Limited Edition hybrid version (part 1)
Several months of R&D culminates here with this bat by the name of SASHA We are switching from IR controller powered by 3 X AA battery pack (plus dummy battery pack on the other side to balance the light) to USB RF controller powered by dual 2 x AA battery packs – no line of sight issues.
Last week I did some testing and measuring in particular current consumption off power supply (simulating 5V USB power) and on batteries. I am comfortable that dual 2 x AA battery boxes will provide good battery life.
