Finished putting the edging around the replacement nature strip shrub to contain the mulch.
Now I can trim and mow without making a mess. I’ll send this photo off to Kay who manages the tree planting program in Monash.
We got a nice one out of the lucky dip, Acacia pendula or “Weeping Acacia”. Growth rate is 60cm per year over about a 20 year period and I won’t be around to see the beautiful mature silvery-green foliage.
