UPDATE: Returned for a refund (05/06/16 )
What sold me ended up being the reason why we returned this radio – the lithium battery. Fully charged the radio only plays for a few hours !!! Even worse…this is also supposed to be a clock radio with a Alarm and Snooze buttons but in stand-by mode battery consumption is still excessive – hopeless.
Went into Kmart to browse through men’s clothing and inevitably ended up in the entertainment section.
Only recently bought a Retro DAB+ Mantel Radio, this one looks nifty and very portable so for $39 bucks let’s get another DAB radio.
What sold me was the internal rechargeable lithium battery – no dry cells.
