Presto – Damage control

Hi Alan,

Thanks for getting in touch, and apologies for the inconvenience. We appreciate your frustration, and can assure you that we are working on a resolution for those affected customers.

If you’ve not already, please confirm and go through the troubleshooting steps provided. As an initial troubleshooting step please perform a soft reset on the t-box, by pressing the reset button underneath for approximately 2 seconds.

As a gesture of goodwill, we will extend the length of your promotion so that you have a further month free.

In the interim if you can view Presto on an alternate device, such as a smartphone, tablet or desktop device, we will work towards identifying the root cause of this issue, rectify and update you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience on this and will work to update you as soon as we have a resolution.

Thanks,
From the Presto Support Team

Presto is stuffed !

Been enjoying my (6 months free) Presto for a 2 months now, last night managed to stay awake right through Divergent !!!

Tonight is a different story – Presto is stuffed !!! No matter what I choose pressing the Play button throws up ‘no entitlements for this user’ ???

Checked Presto website and looks like this has been a ongoing issue for weeks now.

Strolling through ALDI with the trolley and came across this for 20 bucks so I picked one up and threw it in on top of the usual groceries without much thought – something to play with.

We have three entertainment areas:

Lounge with a 42” Panasonic plasma and Foxtel IQ plus other stuff which includes a AV wireless transmitter.
Kitchen/meals area with a Tevion 21” CRT and AV wireless receiver for Foxtel.
Balcony area (enclosed) with Panasonic TX-68X02A 68cm CRT and AV wireless receiver for Foxtel.

Family has been complaining that the remote for the Tevion in the kitchen/meals area was acting up so may as well setup the 300i for that area. Went to myharmony.com and setup a new account. Next was to add devices so entered Tevion T-2195 and PACE TDC-460NF for the Foxtel IQ box and finished with a sync. Disconnected the remote and trotted off to the kitchen to try it out. On the remote pressed TV and the

Panasonic 26″ CRT TV

Purchased this in 2005 and its still going well.
Was moved from the lounge room down to the rumpus room (junk room) where it sat in a corner when it was replaced with a Panasonic 42" plasma.
found a new lease of life when it was lugged back up the stairs and into NJ’s study to replace the Tevion 51cm CRT. Nothing wrong with the Tevion, the kid needed more AV inputs for all her entertainment stuff (Tevion only has one AV) which the Pana has.
