Back in Feb 2019 I got the Telstra TV2 box and was happy with the purchase. However, one thing really annoyed me – no volume control – so I also had to keep the Panasonic HTS remote on my lap and juggle the two remotes.

New remote on the left has additional Volume, mute and power buttons.

The instructions emphasize the remote will only control your TV and not work with home theatres or sound bars.

With fingers crossed went through the setup and when prompted pointed the remote at the Panasonic home theatre system – it works!

Volume and mute working well but currently the power button does not – fine with me.
