In the first session for this project we made the motor disc, with that done next job is to make the sander disc.

Now over to the belt & disc sander.

For larger stuff I made a extension table.

It simply slides on and is held down at the front edge of the sander table with a clamp block.

The usual method is to pin the centre with a clout onto another piece of plywood. Lightly clamp one corner to pivot as needed, nudge up to the sander disc and slowly turn down to the line.
