Collecting and preparing the parts to make a disc sander.

From stock I need to cut the end off this 2400 x 300 Melamine board.

Moving the 12″ mitre saw so the long board can stick out the door.

Measure and mark 300mm off the end.

Now over to the mitre saw.

The Ozito 12″ sliding mitre saw has the capacity to cut across 12″ or 300mm

With that done we can return the Melamine to stock.

Boards stored behind the ‘entertainment unit’ that I picked up off someone’s hard rubbish

This disc will bolt onto the grinder motor shaft.

The sander disc will be screwed to the motor disc. Back soon…
