Finished mounting the bearing flanges on the second wheel.

Last one for final glue and screw.

Next job is to setup a wood turning type jig to spin each wheel to true the circumference with a wood chisel. I need to make and mount a temporary drive ring or doughnut with a V-groove so it can be driven from the saw motor via a V-belt…more to come.

Out of focus here but I need to buy a pack of good quality Torx T8 driver bits. The ones I have are now stripped on the tips. Cleaned them up on the grinder but they again soon stripped – bugger.
