Got this last year for my birthday – thanks older kid.
Worked well but this year part of the the main display blanks out, the time and external temp are OK but the rest including the barometer graph kind of fade out? Change batteries and OK for hour or so then fades out. Tried different batteries etc. This need further investigation. No problem with the external unit over wireless and good life from a CR2032. More to come…

The ATECH website (http://www.atech.hk/) is p.a.i.n.f.u.l.l.y s.l.o.w – Adobe Flash.
I wanted to download the manual but everything is "locked" and you get prompet for a client login WTF.
Over a period of months I filled out numerous request forms and sent many e-mail’s – not one response.

I have one of these and have just seen your post whilst looking for the ‘manual’ myself. I just remembered where it was though and have it. I can email you a copy if you still need it! Its not very extensive as you might expect..

    Cheers

      Hi Paddy,

My husband has one of these weather stations and he too requires a copy of the manual to make changes to the device. Would it be possible to send us a copy of the manual please. Many thanks.

Hi Paddy, I found the included user instructions but since I posted this the unit has developed a problem where the display seems to fade out like it needs new batteries – even with a fresh set. I reset and it works for a while then go’s funny again? It’s about two years old so off to buy a replacement.

    Thanks for the offer.

    Cheers

Hi there…I too have need of the manual….I just want to change the time due to daylight savings ending…but I cannot find it, and the locked manual page on the website just adds salt to the wound!!

If you could email the manual, or let me know how to change the time I would be most grateful!

I have the unit for almost a year and I used it in my campervan.
I just replaced the battery in mine and would to know I to reconnect the remote sensor to the main unit. If you could email me a copy of the manual that would be great.

I have had many requests so I scanned the manual to send to people, since then I can’t locate the manual or the PDF file.

I’d be interested in the outdoor sensor. It seems compatible with WS303S. I have the station, but external unit’s gone.

    What do you say?

Usage of the Weather Station is quite simple. I’ll give some details for those that don’t have the manual.
Ok. First, The display unit uses 2 x AA batteries. I highly recommend Alkaline. You should get a year or so from good batteries.
The remote temperature/Air Pressure sensor uses a CR2032 coin battery.
The remote has a little reset button on the back.
When setting up after installing new batteries this procedure should be followed.
1/ Install new AA Alkalines x 2 in the Display unit. Wait a few seconds then hold in the ‘Channel’ button on the back.
The display unit starts looking for a signal from the remote.
2/ Put in the CR2032 coin battery in the remote. Don’t lose the rubber sealing ring on the battery cover.
3/ The display unit should show the channel number of the remote unit (Displays a ‘1’ usually) next to the Outside Temperature.
…If nothing shows. push in the reset button on the back of the remote. There is a red LED on the front of the remote that activates every time the remote transmits. The red LED on the front should flash. If not, replace the battery.

    Setting Time/Date
1/ Open the door at the bottom front of the display unit. This covers the settings buttons.
…You should see the ‘Time’ button on the left. Hold this in for a few seconds.
2/ Using the Up arrow and Down arrow buttons set the hours. Push the Time button.
3/ Now set the minutes with the arrow buttons. Push the Time button again.
4/ You can set the seconds if you want to be really accurate. Push the Time button.
5/ Set the Year then push the Time button.
6/ Set the Month. Push the Time button.
7/ Set the Day. Push the Time button.
8/ Time and date are now set. You should see the Moon Phase.

Inside Temp shows below the larger Outside Temp. Air Pressure at the bottom.
Alarm buttons set alarm time. Snooze button is on top center.
Either side is History and Memory buttons.

That’s all there is to it really.
