This evening we are making North Indian Curry.            

Curry Puffs without the puff pastry to have on toast, bread buns or in the Jaffal maker.

This is the 3rd time we are doing them and feeling more in control, even modifying the puff pastry stuffing and turning procedure! Just finished the puff pastry thing – phew.

The ‘work around’ flame tamers did the job with no more than the usual flare-ups.

This is the first cook-up since the BBQ was ‘modified’ and hoping I don’t get complaints. Why is that… see the photos.
