Today we change from Prednefrin Forte 8 drops to 4 drops per day (y)
As posted I am using three reminder systems; the alarm function on the phone, Amazon Alexa and a (failsafe) small notepad.

Doing 8 drops a day I always had to take the little white bottle with me when leaving home. Now… with ‘5 hour windows’ I won’t have to bother so much it can stay at home.

I am going through the 16 Alexa Routines; 8 reminders plus 8 follow-up reminders deleting 4 in each group and editing what’s left for the revised times and announcements – see next photo.

The ‘Eye Drops 9am’ routine.
The time stays the same but the announcement part ‘take two drops’ changed to ‘your drop’.
