Besides simply using the alarm feature of the clock app on my phone the GloryFit app will also send reminders to my ALDI smart watch. I also posted that via routines Amazon Alexa will remind me at the top of the hour and again 10 mins later. LOL

All of that is backed up with a reminder notepad and the reader will likely notice the thrifty paper saving layout which provides for 18 days of drop reminders!
