Today we are pruning/lopping shrubs to clear path(s) for the extension ladder to later attack a large tree with high branches that overhang the fence.

For that we need a rope man and I have arranged for a friend  will come over to assist.

Took a while to lop the shrubs so I could get the large step ladder against the tree on this side, and later the extension ladder. About to do the same on the left so we have another angle of attack.

Those branches are high up and overhang the fence line.
