Al’s Kitchen – Curry Puffs

This is the 3rd time we are doing them and feeling more in control, even modifying the puff pastry stuffing and turning procedure!


Just finished the puff pastry thing – phew.

Oven preheated to 180°


Basted with whisked egg they are ready for popping into the oven.

Becoming less reliant on the recipe.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Last time after leaving them to cool I came back to box then in a air tight container and one – was missing?


I will have what’s left over for dinner with slices of fresh vienna bread.

Cut and butter a few slices with western star original (salted) butter and head for the tv recliner.
