Prepping the templates; usual thing first lay down masking tape – with overlap !
Took a while for me to work out why there was always lines across the face after the paint had dried caused by butting rather than overlapping the masking tape.

 

 

Good thing I looked ahead and got another can of spray.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Initial trimming on the 14” band saw is done, now over to the 8″ band saw.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That’s all we can do here on the 8” band saw, left top and bottom right.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The rest has to be done on the scroll saw.
