Finished cutting the doggie yesterday so now remove the pattern.

Laying down masking tape onto the workpiece and then sticking the pattern to that is working well, it pulls off cleanly with ease (y)

Not happy with the feathering so I’ve change to a finer blade with more teeth – from 18 to 24 TIP. Should have done that earlier using thin 3mm MDF stuff.

Glued on the standoffs.

Hello Houston…no room for the front glass so will have to space off the internal frame.

One thing that’s useful for all types of hobby stuff – paddle pop sticks :-)
