This is where I downed tools to have a coffee break so finished the rest of the cutting.

How do I cut out the two ear outlines which require very fine internal cuts ???
After some thought drilled a series of tiny holes (ALDI precision drill set) then cut to join then (X-Acto knife set) and cleaned up with a pinless scroll saw blade.

Nearly there…a bit more detail work for tomorrow.
