Found this picture on the net so used Microsoft Word to insert the picture into a blank document then resized to fit A4 landscape for printing. The back board is also A4 size.

Cut a smaller bit of plywood for the pattern. This time I applied masking tape to the work piece (easier to remove) and then stuck on the pattern with glue stick.

Lots of patience is required and one ‘seniors twitch’ will stuff the job. Phew…about half way and I need a coffee break…back soon.
