With the epoxy cured well enough to continue we can mark out the handle profile.

Nothing in mind about a specific style, this looks OK.

It’s good to be at that stage where the saw is cutting it’s own parts, and at this stage it’s working so well. That’s a very good result for a aggressive 13mm / 4 TPI blade designed mainly for ripping.

Spin it around to cut the handle sides.

As before now over to the disc & belt sander.

For the knob cut a bit of a length of (big) 25mm dowel.
So it turns easily made a ‘washer’ from a offcut of laminate flooring.

Next up around the back is to make a star knob for the blade tracking adjustment rod.
