Mounting the bearing flanges on the upper wheel.

Pressed in the bearings and pre drilled the flanges.

Preparing to mount the first bearing flange.

When I turn the wheel around to mount the second flange need to make sure to skew it a bit so the screws don’t run into each other.

Still need to setup a pointer on the rim to act as a wobble indicator. The idea is to slowly turn the wheel and tap gently to reduce wobble to a minimal amount…more to come.
