On our way back home from the vet and feeling relived after the vet had a feel and informed us that the “mass” inside her has gone. The “mass” is the result of secreting egg material which leads to egg peritonitis which in turn leads to infection – just finished her second round of antibiotics. Now we wait and see what happens when her $99 hormone implant (long acting, slow-release hormone to stop ovulation and egg production ) – wears off.
