Marking, measuring and cutting the back to size.

With the back done and the sides ready from the last session we can start assembling the box.

We are going to brad nailer.

Loading the Ozito NSG-5000 brad nailer & stapler.

Loaded.

With the base clamped I can hold the side against the base edge and bead nail. Repeat for the other three sides.

Let’s go out to the carport and see how it looks.

Working out how to mount the power board.

Boar a hole in the side for the power plug to pass through.

With that mounted we can move onto the door.

The door is removable – not hinged.

The door will sit against a timber bead.
