Frying mince can be a bit tiring on the arms.
Tonight ET is doing Spaghetti Bolognese and my part is (you guessed it) frying the mince!
I use a slotted spatula and a larger fork.
Yeah… so what?
I shove the spatula under the mince and the slots grip the clumps as I rake the fork across the top.
That’s all folks…
