Before continuing with the sliding sled box I noticed that the MDF sanding disc had wheel to much wheel wobble so corrected that while it’s in my mind.

One side of the 30cm disc was not completely flush with the backing disc. This what happens when you didn’t use clamps before driving screws.
For that side I backed off four screws, put on two clamps and the drove the screws in again – wobble gone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The sled box is done so we can now mount that onto the sliding sled base.

Once again using clamps aligned everything and put in two screws, then drilled the pilots and countersunk the rest.
