I need to mount a tiny IR receiver (for infrared remote control) on the front of a silhouette light stand in such a way that it has line-of-sight to the remote control AND hide it from view behind a window or lens that’s transparent to infrared.

Anyone have such material that I can fashion into a window/cover to hide the IR receiver?
