Al’s Kitchen

This morning we are doing Chicken Curry, one of my mums recipes from way back like last century. Also doing a pot of Basmati rice.

Simmer with lid on until potatoes are done.
Rather then chicken legs I use something like this so while watching TV in the recliner we can eat with just a fork…🙂
Rice is done.
Containers ready.
If you get the simmer time AND turn off with lid on time right there will be no rice stuck to the bottom.

Time to take the dogs for a walk.
