With the pattern stuck onto the plywood we can start drilling the pilot holes as described in the previous post..

As explained for each internal cut the blade needs to be removed, passed through the work piece and mounted again.

The work piece blocks the view of the lower blade holder so I’ve remove the side panel and setup a LED clamp light.

This is what it looks like – the blade mounted between the upper and lower blade holders.
