Redesigned the lower blade clamp.

Lower blade clamp Version 1.0 did not work out. The blade comes loose and the squashed bracket clamp fouls the jigsaw blade guide.

This is version 2.0. I drilled another hole in a second bit of jigsaw blade so the scroll saw blade is sandwiched between the two along with another ‘clamp’ turned over on the edge to keep it all together during assembly.


Here you can see how the turned over clamp works, just slide the blade in and tighten the screw.
