Water tank pump has sprung a leak!

Got a call today from the Stihl Shop informing me that there are no spare parts available to repair the pump (what a surprise ) and to trip back over there to collect the required paperwork so we can get a full refund from ALDI.

I was expecting this outcome that’s why I went off to ALDI last Wednesday and bought the same water pump while they were on sale as it’s likely they won’t come around again for at least 6 months.

So…for the original purchase price of $99.99 we start again with a new pump and 12 month warranty period – happy with that.
