Did some test cutting and yes, it will be adequate for my needs.
I added a simple extension to the mitre gauge.
Two blades supplied but I will buy a decent 40 tooth Bosch which will be around $60, that’s half the price of the saw!.

the wet and dry vacuum cleaner model Bt-VC1500SA is a very good cleaner i9 had it for about 5 years i have had no problems with it but it is hard to get the filters for it
